VERIZON
In my life I have hit several ceilings
This time because Verizon did not care about my feelings
I cancelled my phone in my vacation home on September 30
And there handling the order was nasty and dirty.
The number I had for over twenty years
And how they handled the order brought me almost to tears.
I was promised all callers for six months long would hear
A referral to my cell phone in their ear
But it did not happen as promised or expected
on October one the phone was disconnected
I spoke with a supervisor who confirmed
There was no need to be concerned
Within 24hours it would be resolved
But that is not what evolved
I was floored
Again to find out the line was not restored
I talked until I hurt my vocal cords
But they had excuses of all sorts
My phone number I lost, a referral to my cellphone I did not get
But the last word about this is not said
When I get the final bill
I will
Look forward to hear what they say
When I do not pay.
I do not need to mention
That I then will get their attention
