Ingrid is leaving the hospital environment…
And decided to start retirement.

Her announcement came as a surprise
But I think her decision was very wise.

40 years she worked as a nurse
And working conditions seemed to get worse

She fought traffic everyday…
Worked long hours…and all shifts…for her pay

No plans yet as how to spend her days
But I am sure she will find many ways

To pursue new activities
And enjoy festivities.
