Every evening we see…
Oscar the Maître ‘D.

He welcomes us for dinner every day…
And never forgets to say…

With a smile that is very wide…
“You ladies are looking great tonight.”

Then he stops at the table during dinner to chat…
And asks us… what kind of day we had.

And in our stateroom yesterday …
We found this display…

Champagne on ice– for Margaret and me
With chocolate dipped berries to enjoy while at sea

At the Sunday brunch today for every ones entertainment and joy.
He came dressed as a school boy!

But with a ruler in his hand…
He remained in command!

So we toast
To Oscar…the perfect host

And we want to mention …
That we thank him for all the special attention.
