A humane way to accept death,

But here corporate greed,
Stands in the way of what the dying need.

Many companies recognized the money they could make this way.

Agencies sprung up everywhere.

And soon ninety percent of the health care dollars were spend.

An area wide open for abuse,
While agencies have comfort they will not loose.

No threat of the patient that he will complain
