Of arranging the attention…

We received today from the Maître d…
Ignacio Agostino from Italy.

Who graciously arranged for me to shake hands…
With the executive chef Jozef Lisner from the Netherlands.

I was impressed to say the least…
How these two executives take responsibility to make every meal a feast.

The galley…of shiny stainless steel
Had a “spic and span” feel.

I knew what to expect
But again came away with more respect.

Because It is hard to comprehend
The time and effort that is spent

With so much dedication
On each culinary creation.

If only ALL passengers would participate…
In not creating any waste!

But agree
In not wanting to see…

The waste left on their plate
After they ate!

Exercising portion control
Would be healthy and economical for all!

Ignacio and Jozef thanks for letting my table mates and me
Experience the workings of the cruise “food” industry”
