Woke up feeling again fit
The Ocean swells no longer bother me one bit.

Breakfast was slow…
No rush…No place to go.

I see familiar faces..
People I have seen on cruise ships in other places…

The couple I knew…
That danced each night on the Queen Mary two.

And I could not miss…
My table mates I met sailing in 2012 from Sidney to Venice

97% of the cruisers that embarked in L.A….
Are from the USA.

But for the 111 days
Only 33% stays.

The crew represents 30 countries and they seem as ease…
And eager to please.

We had a nice chat…
With the cruise Director Matt.

During dinner we got to know…
Miriam from San Diego.

Her husband stayed at home …
She does not mind traveling alone .

On this first Gala night…
Everyone looked shimmering and bright.

The Captain introduced his senior crew
Of which the Maître Dee Oscar we already knew.
