Daily Walk

DAILY WALK

I do my thing to prevent death
When each day I take a deep breath

On my daily walk
Without any talk.

A path is always within reach
In the Desert or on the beach

It helps me not to care
About disappointments here or there.

There is much to be said
For clearing ones head

And recognize that health
Is more precious then wealth.

For me a perfect time
To think about the next rhyme

It curbs my desire for food
And puts me in a good mood

Happy I will always  be
As the wind and birds follow me

While I walk
Without talk.
