CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO
In Cabo San Lucas
I also was,
Three times before today,
And I must say,
This place has grown,
From a small seaside hamlet to a city of its own.
The aqua colored sea and yellow sand,
Are a pleasing combination in this land,
We are told Mexico is a dangerous place to be,
However we did not notice anything that alerted me.
It is a playground for the rich and poor,
But at a different price tag I am sure.
But the sea, sand and sun
Is free for everyone’s fun.
There is a feeling of a leisurely summer in the air,
Which is not found everywhere.
Our cruise ship docked in the bay for two days.
And allowed everyone to explore in their own ways.
Parasail, swim with dolphins or even a camel ride,
Anything you want you can do within sight.
We spent a day at the beach in sand and sun with the boys,
And strolled the Malaccan, and had margaritas and salsa with mariachi noise.
A jet ski try for a few, while the rest of us stayed on board,
While the boys kept us from being bored.
It is not all that far from home,
But I would not like to come here alone,
Because I believe there could be danger,
Being here alone as a stranger.
But I am here with my daughters and families,
And adding much to my list of memories.
We are again back on board,
To sail to Puerto Vallarta, our next port.
