Bird Play

BIRD PLAY

They gather in groups on the beach…
Assuring space for each.

They fly circles in flocks
And land again as precise as a clock.

They swirl above town
And in groups again come down.

They fly by my windows like they come to greet…
As I enjoy the view from my seat.

A daily show to see
How lucky can one be!

Here flies another flock by again
Taking away my preoccupation of pain.

This daily show on the sand…
Feels like someone is holding my hand.

It is like they really care…
They are ALWAYS there!
