This poem is written to mention,
The special attention ,

We experienced on behalf,
Of a caring staff.

Omar Silingardi
Facilitated this party,

The celebration,
Of my granddaughter Ashley’s graduation.

On board of the sea Princess,
And it was a real success

All eleven of us were surprised to see,
This cake with a hat that was designed by Lugi Pascale the Maître D

It was carefully created by Franco the Chef of Pastry,
And indeed unbelievably tasty.

It had a special touch,
because it was made under supervision of the Chef Batema who was Dutch.

And the complimentary dessert wine
Was also real fine.

It all was served with care by Patchie and Robet
The two for witch we often said

That under the watchful eye of The Waiter Marius.
This team gave daily the best care to all of us.

We look forward to another creation
For Ashley’s next graduation.

And to give you all a tip,
We hope it again to be on a Princess ship.
