Today we felt no motion at sea…
While we enjoyed high tea.

We did not have to travel far away…
Just drove the bridge across the bay.

To an era bygone…
On this charming Long Beach Icon.

People from everywhere…
Come to enjoy the Holiday spirit there.

We strolled the promenade deck lined with Christmas trees
While we enjoyed a soft warm breeze.

And for the skaters it was very nice…
Not to have to bundle up to skate on real ice.

The mountains appeared very near
Because the air was crystal clear.

I did not need to use zoom
To view from the Queen Mary my living room.
