I was exited to admit,
That I was feeling very fit.

I had reached a healthy plateau,
But I am back where I was a year ago.

It hit me in the middle of the night,
When I tried to find a light

Without a warning,
There was change in my morning.

I walked being cautious,
But kept feeling nauseous.

It scared me to death,
And went back to bed.

I usually keep busy,
But this morning I was to dizzy.

I am forced to pause,
While wondering again what is the cause.

I made a call to enlist,
The help of my acupuncturist.

Who’s treatment I believe,
Will get me some relief.

While I pray
This recurrence will soon go and, stay away
