MY NEW FRIEND
Till now I never had
An I-pad.
A few weeks ago my daughters went shopping
But had to do some hopping
From store to store
Because some did have the latest version no more.
And how to use it, I am told
By my grandson who is ten years old
He is within reach
And eager to teach
When he sleeps over in my Desert home
So Oma is not alone.
He has taught me much
To stay in touch
And with a touch of my hand
I cant…
Believe what I can see
It is the entire world in 3 d !
And if I cannot use my hand, then with the noise
Of my own voice
I dictate in full glory-My story.
With this contraption I have a lot to gain
I no longer need to tire my brain
I can dictate my dairy out loud
And be sure it is saved in I-cloud
Any music I want to hear-Remains 24 hours near.
What is also new for me
To be able and select where ever or what ever movie I want to see.
Pictures I can take along my way -And send them to my dairy day by day.
To this world I still belong-I can talk on face time all day long.
And every new story or tale -1 can e- mail
And what has slipped my mind-I can always again find
No reason to be lonely or sad
When you have a friend called IPad!
